Job Description

This role is designed as a two‑year graduate program, combining AI strategy execution, sales enablement, and commercial exposure, with a clear transition into a Sales Graduate role after your first year as graduate. Program start date: SEPTEMBER 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with Sales teams to implement our internal AI strategy
  • Together with the Business Unit Director, define and perform activities to ensure implementation of the AI strategy
  • Continuously build knowledge around AI in the market and contribute ideas linked to the HPE Strategy AI plan to drive a higher implementation
  • Compile and analyse data that will be utilized to make business decisions
  • Support in developing partnerships with our Nordic organization

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
  • Native level of Danish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Genuine interest in the world of AI and proven knowledge of AI concepts/terminology
  • Experience in sales or demonstrable interest technology
  • Skilled in communication and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
  • Strong solution mindset and a drive to proactively strive for improvements
  • Able to learn quickly and perform under tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an effective order
  • Ability to drive business relationships and build trust
  • Team player with ability to work independently
