This role is designed as a two‑year graduate program, combining AI strategy execution, sales enablement, and commercial exposure, with a clear transition into a Sales Graduate role after your first year as graduate. Program start date: SEPTEMBER 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Sales teams to implement our internal AI strategy
Together with the Business Unit Director, define and perform activities to ensure implementation of the AI strategy
Continuously build knowledge around AI in the market and contribute ideas linked to the HPE Strategy AI plan to drive a higher implementation
Compile and analyse data that will be utilized to make business decisions
Support in developing partnerships with our Nordic organization
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
Native level of Danish
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Genuine interest in the world of AI and proven knowledge of AI concepts/terminology
Experience in sales or demonstrable interest technology
Skilled in communication and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
Strong solution mindset and a drive to proactively strive for improvements
Able to learn quickly and perform under tight deadlines
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an effective order
Ability to drive business relationships and build trust
Team player with ability to work independently
