Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Business Developer CIED professional to capitalize on our European leadership and significantly expand the adoption of our remote cardiac monitoring platform. This role is crucial for establishing long-term partnerships with cardiology centers, leveraging your deep domain expertise to drive life-saving technology into new hospitals.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital sites and cardiology practices using CIEDs to adopt the Implicity platform
  • Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification through clinical and technical presentations, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Utilize your knowledge of CIEDs and the cardiology ecosystem to articulate the clinical and economic value of our platform
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan focused on achieving aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets (Quota)
  • Ensure smooth client handoffs to the Customer Success team post-sale and provide actionable market intelligence back to the Product team
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and actively monitor competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
  • Ensure meticulous use of Salesforce to document all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in medical device sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ideally focused on cardiovascular implants (Pacemakers, ICDs) or complex digital health solutions within the hospital setting
  • Direct experience working with electrophysiologists and cardiologists in France/Europe, and navigating public and private hospital procurement processes (Bonus)
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong hunter mentality with tenacity
  • Ability to quickly build trust with clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Unwavering commitment to ethical sales practices and rigorous adherence to healthcare compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Highly autonomous, capable of managing a large territory, prioritizing activities, and maintaining clean data in the CRM (Salesforce)

Sector Experience: Direct experience working with electrophysiologists and cardiologists in France/Europe, and navigating public and private hospital procurement processes
