As a junior Business Developer at Welcome to the Jungle, you will drive our future growth by building relationships with prospects and turning them into extremely satisfied users. You will be in charge of developing the Welcome to the Jungle products ecosystem with companies, especially company showcases including content production, unlimited job offer publication, and access to our SaaS product Welcome Solution. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, New Business, you will mainly be responsible for: Developing the Welcome to the Jungle product ecosystem with SMB companies (15-1,000 employees) in France; Building and managing a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, convince, and develop relationships with potential buyers; Driving new business mainly by prospecting and developing creative prospecting strategies; Owning every step of the sales opportunity life cycle: identifying new opportunities, determining the client’s needs, demonstrating Welcome to the Jungle’s benefits, and guiding the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale; Conducting live product demonstrations over video call, and face to face, with inbound and outbound prospects, including HR & media agencies; Consistently closing new business at or above quota level; Leading and contributing to team projects to develop and refine our sales process. First, you will experience our corporate onboarding process which consists in discovering all of our teams and projects. Then, you will enjoy a specific onboarding dedicated to the Business team and your role (demos, phone pitch, documentations…). The idea is to give you all the keys you need to reach your targets!

1 to 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS B2B environment
handled full cycle sales and have a proven track record in closing deals
goal-oriented with a hunter mindset
resilient and master the sale cycle in a fast-moving company
optimistic, organized, and enjoy working with a team
fluent both in French and English
