A hands-on Business Developer to join a digital customer engagement environment focused on hyper personalisation and digital sales journeys. You will operate within a group of multidisciplinary teams responsible for improving and building customer-facing digital flows across web and mobile platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Support one or more Product Owners in refining initiatives
Conduct analyses and investigations to support decision-making
Prepare business cases, use cases, and detailed requirements
Translate business needs into structured work for development teams
Coordinate alignment between front-end (web/app) and backend departments
Collaborate with UX professionals on digital flow preparation
Contribute to digital shop initiatives and replacement of legacy sales flows
Support longer-term initiatives where required
Ensure high-quality preparation of work for delivery teams
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business and IT
Maintain structured documentation in English
Support cross-team collaboration where needed
Requirements:
Background in IT, digital, or a related field
Experience working in digital product or customer journey environments
Comfortable operating between business and technical stakeholders
Experience in financial services is a plus, not required
Affinity with front-end environments and UX collaboration is beneficial
Strong analytical and structured working style
Detail-oriented and comfortable preparing complex documentation
Clear communicator in English (written and spoken)
Flexible and collaborative team player
Willing to work in a hybrid setup (approximately two office days per week)
