Job Description:

Working as Part-time Business Data & Strategy Support, you will be responsible for the support of various tools and systems to achieve operational and business objectives. This would include supporting the development of tools that prove business concepts and drive efficiencies. This position will report directly to the Business Data & Strategy Lead. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with Business Data & Strategy team to ensure tools and reporting meet the needs of the business
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic business plans for Analytics and Reporting needs
  • Compiling, structuring and analyzing data to support business needs
  • Assisting with implementation and support of various projects
  • Meeting deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Creating and maintaining queries in a database
  • Creating technical documentation for projects
  • Ensuring data security and integrity

Requirements:

  • Possess or working towards a degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science or a related Business field OR have 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to travel
