Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst primarily with the US healthcare client and Healthcare IT projects
  • Understanding different quality measures (HEDIS / STAR Ratings etc)
  • In depth Knowledge on Payer data sources (member/enrollment, Claims, Revenue etc)
  • Conduct internal and client UAT before release
  • Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification
  • Create detailed documentation of features and functions
  • Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities
  • Feed Analysis, technical Documentation and Feed Specification document
  • Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and specification document
  • Experience with defining test cases and test scripts
  • Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments
  • Data analysis and SQL knowledge is required
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Engineering degree
  • Certifications are bonus
  • Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
  • Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
  • Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
  • Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure

Nice to have:

  • Must have any one US Gov Programs like Medicaid, Medicare and marketplace experience
  • VBP knowledge is preferred
