Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst primarily with the US healthcare client and Healthcare IT projects
Understanding different quality measures (HEDIS / STAR Ratings etc)
In depth Knowledge on Payer data sources (member/enrollment, Claims, Revenue etc)
Conduct internal and client UAT before release
Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification
Create detailed documentation of features and functions
Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities
Feed Analysis, technical Documentation and Feed Specification document
Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and specification document
Experience with defining test cases and test scripts
Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments
Data analysis and SQL knowledge is required
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Engineering degree
Certifications are bonus
Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
Nice to have:
Must have any one US Gov Programs like Medicaid, Medicare and marketplace experience
VBP knowledge is preferred
