Job Responsibility:
Build AI-Native Foundations with engineering to develop robust data pipelines in Snowflake/Databricks
Drive International Strategy tailoring data capabilities for diverse global markets
Advanced Analytics & AI using Python and Gen AI tools to automate anomaly detection, summarization, and recurring insight generation
Root Cause Discovery conducting deep-dives into the end-to-end customer journey
Storytelling translating complex datasets into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science
Advanced SQL
High proficiency in Snowflake, Databricks, and visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik
Proficiency in Python or R
Genuine enthusiasm for LLMs and Generative AI
Proactive, growth-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environment
Customer Success or Ops experience is a major plus
