Job Description:

The Business / COR Support Analyst provides acquisition, financial, and contract management support to the OPC program office. This role plays a key part in ensuring that program execution aligns with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), budget constraints, and contractual requirements. Working closely with Government personnel, the analyst supports cost analysis, invoice validation, procurement documentation, and contract administration processes. The role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of acquisition lifecycle activities, including IGCE development, market research, and CPARS reporting. This position contributes to program accountability and financial integrity by ensuring that all business processes are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting successful contract performance and program delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support invoice validation and financial tracking
  • Assist with cost/price analysis and IGCE development
  • Prepare acquisition documentation and reports
  • Support CPARS inputs and contract administration
  • Conduct market research and maintain tracking tools
  • Ensure compliance with FAR and acquisition policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of acquisition or business support experience
  • Familiarity with FAR and procurement processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting DoD/DHS programs
  • Contract lifecycle experience
  • Financial reporting tools experience
