Job Description:

This role involves working in a flat hierarchy where ideas and opinions are welcomed within the department. The office is located in central Tokyo with a hybrid and flex system allowed. The position requires strong analytical and reporting skills, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of financial digital tools and SAP.

5+ years of FP&A experience within a multi-national environment
Strong analytical and reporting skills and ability to translate into business insights
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with all levels
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, and passion for making it better
Financial digital tools and SAP/financial management reporting knowledge is required
