Business Controller

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis on key business drivers, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations to support business decisions
• Leading the annual budgeting process, providing support and guidance to department managers
• Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, cost, and profitability projections
• Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying and communicating variances
• Building strong relationships with business leaders across departments to understand their business objectives and challenges
• Providing financial guidance and support to business units on key decisions, such as pricing, product launches, and operational improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures
• Continuously evaluating and improving existing financial processes and systems
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Preferably Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Controller or Financial Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills (including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong English skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is a plus
