Job Description

As a Business Controller at the headquarters of Euro Pool System (EPS), you will be at the heart of our mission to drive sustainable, reusable packaging solutions. As a key player in the business control team, you’ll be responsible for guiding financial planning, crafting and refining reporting frameworks, and uncovering valuable insights through trend analysis with a mindset and experience to consolidate and professionalise the business from a controlling point of view. You will prepare budgets and long-term forecasts, critically evaluate business cases, and provide strategic advice to senior management, supporting their decision-making process and ensuring the success of the organization.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, Accountancy or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a relevant financial role or related experience within an (international) organisation, of which at least 4 years of experience as (business) controller
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards/Power BI
  • Eagerness to understand the business and looking for ‘the story behind’ the numbers

Nice to have

An additional language is beneficial (e.g., Dutch, German, Spanish or French)
