Job Description:

As our Business Controller For Norway, you won't just be tracking numbers—you'll be driving them. You will sit in the extended local leadership team as the right hand to the Country Manager, acting in the intersection between Group Finance and our local business growth. This is a close to business role. We need someone who is both a classic controller and a business developer You will own the financial steering of Norway, using deep analytical insight to optimize and drive the business forward.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the financial steering of Norway, including budgeting, forecasting, and deviation management
  • Support the Country Manager and management team with data for high-stakes decisions
  • Lead business-critical projects focused on optimization, scalability, and market expansion
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive change to improve processes and ways of working

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (Finance, Economics, or similar)
  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Background in management consulting or business development
  • Power user of tools in the field with a knack for data storytelling
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Norwegian
