Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2-3 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or a related field within a large company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and database tools
Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills
Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented

Nice to have:

Experience working with international teams is a plus
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus
