Job Responsibility:
Ownership of the BCM policy and process, setting an International and regional BCM programme
Developing Business Continuity strategies and approaches in line with recognised standards
Delivering effective advice on Global crisis response against BCM incidents
Conducting post-incident reviews and lessons learnt to enhance plans and processes
Conducting horizon scanning activity for new and emerging risks both internally and externally, being sure to engage key stakeholders
Driving the development of BCM capability through understanding industry trends and emerging models for BCM management
Representing the Service team on pan BT crisis management calls and BCM forums
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience and Qualifications in ISO22301 and associated methods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to chair in a crisis
ISO22301 deployment experience
Compliance / Assurance knowledge and experience
Business Continuity Audit experience
Ability to interpret and analyse a variety of internal and external information sources and relate to BT Business
Storytelling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
Crisis management planning and execution
Pandemic and Industrial Action planning experience
Stakeholder management and reporting at all levels
