Business Continuity Lead

Business continuity is fundamental to ensuring Softcat can maintain critical operations, protect people and assets, minimise disruption, and comply with regulatory requirements during a business continuity event. This function plays a key role in building organisational resilience and enabling the business to adapt and recover swiftly from unexpected challenges. Working closely with critical business areas, the BC lead will ensure Softcat is prepared for operational disruption and ensure we maintain ISO 22301 certification. As we continue to grow and mature, we are excited to expand our business continuity team with someone eager to drive meaningful improvements, gain exposure across the organisation, and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
