The Business Consulting-Testing Analyst Consultant role involves supporting test data management and ensuring high testing standards. Job Responsibility:

  • Support test data management activities, including data preparation, validation, and coordination with relevant teams
  • Assist Test Leads and serve as a back-up or proxy when required to maintain continuity in test operations
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate team activities, progress, risks, and achievements
  • Conduct quality checks on testing processes, documentation, and deliverables, recommending improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–6 years of experience in testing, test data management, QA operations, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices
  • Good communication and coordination skills to support leads and cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to data validation, test automation, or data governance practices
  • Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, qTest, or other test management tools
  • Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
