NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Consultant to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.
Job Responsibility:
Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients
Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities
Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach
Build internal network for career growth
Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity
5 years experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements
Must reside in the US
Nice to have:
Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
2 or more years in organization development / design
