NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Consultant to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach
  • Build internal network for career growth
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
  • 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity
  • 5 years experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements
  • Must reside in the US

Nice to have:

  • Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
  • 2 or more years in organization development / design
