Financial services experience (e.g., banking, wealth, insurance, capital markets) with familiarity in regulated pay practices (e.g., clawbacks, deferrals, malus, suitability)
Solid SQL for data validation
strong Excel
Understanding of ICM data flows (CRM/booking → ICM → Payroll/GL) and accounting tie-outs
Proven record operating under SOX, audit, and data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA)
Clear communicator with strong documentation habits and stakeholder management
Nice to have:
Varicent certifications
exposure to Varicent Incentive Compensation / Symon.AI
Experience with territory/quota management, credit engines, or insurance/broker channel compensation
Scripting (Python) for advanced validations
API/integration experience
