The Business Analyst will work collaboratively, but independently, with the programme team to deliver business analysis, activities, and deliverables for all type of programmes & projects large and complex projects or programmes. The appropriate techniques & methodologies will have been determined therefore the Business Analyst will support the implementation needed to meet the business needs & objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with all business stakeholders to elicit their requirements ensuring end to end compliance & traceability. They will be part of the core delivery team. They will likely be part of a larger BA workstream, depending on the size & complexity of the assigned programme or project. A keen knowledge & understanding of the communications business together with keeping up to date with the business analysis industry.
Job Responsibility
Responsibility for defined Business Analysis tasks, activities, deliverables within a project, programme, or work stream
Capture the agreed business goals and objectives which are driving the need for the project, programme, or work stream
Support the agreed analysis approach, activities & deliverables appropriate to support the programme or project
Engage with Product/Business owners & all key stakeholders across multiple business areas to establish business needs and elicit business requirements
Requirement elicitation and business analysis of complex high level and detailed requirements
Producing high quality requirements documentation which captures stakeholder needs
Managing the requirements throughout the project lifecycle to assure effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to requirements is traceable through to implementation
Evaluates the financial, cultural, technological, organisational and environmental factors which must be addressed in the change projects, programmes or work streams
Ability to plan & facilitate business analysis led workshops
Responsible for process designs, re engineering & modelling working collaboratively with designated operational & transition teams to support implementation
Responsible for working with solution providers (i.e., IT, Technology or Operations) to assure the delivery of the requirements & attaining the business objectives
Work with cross functional delivery teams to achieve the desired business outcomes
