We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded AI Business Analyst to join our TOBi Central Library team. This role focuses on enabling scalable, high-quality conversational AI experiences across Vodafone Markets. You will act as a key connector between the Product Owner, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI product development aligns with organisational goals and delivers measurable value.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Product Owner to define and refine product requirements aligned with business goals and user needs
Support the full AI product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing and deployment
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Vodafone Markets, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Analyse and document business processes, user journeys, and system interactions to inform product decisions
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
Evaluate and articulate the business value of proposed features and enhancements
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation activities in collaboration with the development squad
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or AI-driven environment
Strong understanding of AI product development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in conversational AI
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess and communicate the value and impact of product features
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
Technical qualifications: Strong data analysis skills, background in AI/NLP/conversational technologies, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
specialisation in HCI, Linguistics, Information Sciences, or Social Sciences preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align stakeholders across markets and functions
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms
High‑quality written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Experience in telecoms or large‑scale enterprise environments
PhD or research experience is highly valued
