Business Consultant

This traineeship guides you during an intensive 13-month programme to become an independent Business Consultant. Someone who advises customers in the sales and distribution process on the use of S3 Passenger. Right from the first day you will be part of a team and learn on the job. You will get to know our S3 product and the way we work. There is also a considerable focus on consultancy skills right from the outset of your traineeship. The next step is building domain knowledge (e.g. pricing strategy, revenue management) and applying this knowledge in projects. You will not only get to know our internal systems, but also those of the customer. This will allow you to start working with all the knowledge you have gained. Through coaching on the job, you will learn the tricks of the trade from an experienced colleague. We assign you to projects for foreign customers that have a duration of anywhere between 6 and 24 months. You will initially be involved in these projects for a shorter period during your traineeship. You will be involved with our S3 Service desk during part of the traineeship. This is where existing customers can ask questions. This will provide you with a lot of knowledge about S3 Passenger in a relatively short period of time so that, once you have completed the traineeship, you will have a good foundation. Your work locations are Amersfoort and/or Enschede. Moreover, you will regularly work at customer locations abroad, one of the fun aspects of an international job. The interesting and challenging part of the traineeship at Sqills is that you are in control. It is your traineeship.
