Job Description:

This position is on the Business Side of Clinical Platform Solutions Team at CVS Health. The person would be responsible for supporting strategic direction, managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and employing project management disciplines to drive process improvement activities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting strategic direction set for the team and manage complex projects and/or programs
Influences all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities
Manages and oversees all facets of projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders
Collaborates with cross project teams, translates business requirements to technical teams and systems architects
Employs project management disciplines and methodologies to drive process improvement activities
Prepares documentation to support all phases of projects
Works with internal and external constituents on the implementation of value-based delegation, plan sponsor carve outs and vendor arrangements

Requirements:

10 years' experience in Managed Healthcare/Insurance Industry related to Clinical Programs
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
Adept at understanding business process and pain points
Mastery of business problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven presentation and communication skills
Ability to think 'big picture' and understand the impacts of individual project work on other projects and business strategy
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
