Lead complex consulting engagements end-to-end, owning problem definition through to target design and value realisation. Operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas, de-risking delivery, and ensuring sustainable outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Lead end to end diagnostics and opportunity shaping for complex, cross functional problem statements quantify value and prioritize initiatives
Design target operating models and end to end process designs
define governance, controls, roles and performance measures
Create compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps, including investment rationale, delivery approach and risk mitigation
Facilitate senior decision forums, manage conflicting priorities and drive alignment on strategic tradeoffs
Define benefits realisation framework and lead value assurance reviews
ensure tracking is embedded and outcomes are sustained
Lead change impact assessment and adoption strategy ensure readiness, communications and capability are addressed
Partner closely with program project teams to ensure solution intent translates into executable delivery and measurable outcomes
Coach consultants analysts on consulting toolkits, structured problem solving and high quality client ready outputs
Requirements
8-12+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, operational excellence or business change roles
Proven track record of operating model process redesign, business case ownership, and executive stakeholder management
Experience delivering measurable value (financial and customer outcomes) through change initiatives
Consulting engagement leadership (diagnostics to roadmap, stakeholder alignment, outcomes)
Target operating model design and operating governance (controls, decision rights, performance)
Value realisation and benefits management (measurement, tracking, sustainment)
Transformation and change leadership (impact, adoption, communications)
Advanced process optimisation and standardisation (Lean, quality management)
Business case ownership and investment trade-off analysis
Data led insight generation (KPIs, dashboards, decision support)
Automation and digital opportunity assessment (process mining insights, workflow RPA)
Risk management and governance insights for executives
Service performance measures and operational readiness discipline
