Job Description

In addition to its core business Mirakl has recently announced the launch of a new global Retail Media technology (Mirakl Ads) to empower Marketplace operators to operate successful Retail Media programs. As Business Consultant for Mirakl Ads, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, your primary mission is to support Mirakl Ads clients to optimize their Ads revenues through the use of Mirakl Ads. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial and natural born networker with solid knowledge of the Advertising landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Mirakl Ads clients to optimize their Ads revenues through the use of Mirakl Ads
  • Play a key role in the growth of Mirakl Ads, supporting a portfolio of strategic clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and growth
  • Support clients in defining their Mirakl Ads strategy and structuring the right organization and ways of working
  • Lead onboarding workshops and implement a clear action plan with the right KPIs
  • Train and guide client teams through the go-live phase, coordinating key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans for each client
  • Monitor performance and identify optimisation levers to improve results (campaign setup, placements, processes)
  • Conduct business reviews, providing insights and concrete growth recommendations
  • Contribute to structuring and improving Mirakl Ads Business Consulting / Customer Success processes
  • Support the sales cycle for Mirakl Ads Sales House when needed (rollout approach, client readiness, success criteria)
  • Act as the voice of the Publisher, sharing feedback and recommendations with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product)
  • Stay up to date with eCommerce and Retail Media trends and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing and/or project-driven role (consulting firm, customer success/account management, or project management in eCommerce / CPG / digital)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Business-driven with analytical skills
  • thrives in fast-paced, “start-up” style environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Based in London (UK)
  • able to travel internationally whenever required

Nice to have

  • Retail Media / adtech experience
  • French or any additional language is a strong asset
