Business Consultant Manufacturing & Supply Chain

• Execute & lead project assignments including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps
• Take up team lead roles
• Contribute actively within the Industry Sector team to support growth and expand offering in manufacturing and supply chain
• Participate in seminars and publications
• Carry out projects to improve operational performance
• Assist project owner or Program Manager on major digital transformation programmes
• Strategic framing and optimization of business processes
• Implementation of master plans
• Support for implementation of information systems

• At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry gained within a consulting firm focused on Operations Excellence
• Actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence
• Experience, skills, and communication abilities to manage project teams at key clients
• Ability to propose solutions and assert yourself on high-value-added business topics with Industrial and General Management
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English
• Proficient in Dutch or French at least professionally to conduct workshops in an international environment
