Job Description:

As part of the development of the Industry sector team with a focus on manufacturing & supply chain, we are looking to strengthen the team. You will participate in on both client activities as internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting.

Job Responsibility:

Execute & lead project assignments, including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps
Take up team lead roles
Contribute actively within the Industry Sector team to support the growth, expand our offering in manufacturing and supply chain and participate to seminars, publications
Carry out projects to improve operational performance
Assist the project owner or Program Manager on major digital transformation programmes
Strategic framing and optimisation of business processes
Implementation of master plans
Support for the implementation of information systems

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry gained within a consulting firm focused on Operations Excellence
Actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence
Experience, skills, and communication abilities to manage project teams
Ability to propose solutions on high-value-added business topics with Industrial and General Management
Interest in ERP tools, MES solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies
Fluent in Dutch or French and English
Proficient in Dutch or French at least professionally
