Job Description

As a Consultant - Digital Commerce, you will work as part of our Strategy and Growth US (Business Transformation Advisory) Practice. Your primary role is to partner with clients to design, optimize, and grow their digital commerce strategies across eCommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer touchpoints. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Retail, Manufacturing, Food and Beverages, and Life Sciences. You will assess current digital commerce ecosystems, recommending best-fit platforms and tools, and guiding clients through implementation, optimization, and ongoing growth initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and maintain quality, lasting relationships with clients. You will proactively identify, quantify, and track the realization of value, preparing the customer’s business for the impact of change. You will act as a trusted advisor to help organizations navigate digital transformation, adopt modern commerce technologies, and leverage analytics, personalization, and omnichannel strategies to drive measurable results.
