Job Description

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Medius AP Automation, one of the world’s leading solutions for automating supplier invoice processes. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from early planning and solution design to configuration, go-live, and customer enablement. Medius is typically implemented as an add-on to ERP systems such as Infor M3 or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and you will work closely with customers to ensure the solution is aligned with their business processes and delivers measurable value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations of Medius AP Automation
  • Advise customers on finance and accounts payable best practices
  • Analyze and streamline invoice and financial processes
  • Configure and optimize Medius solutions to meet customer needs
  • Deliver workshops, training, and solution walkthroughs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with global internal teams across projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with the Medius platform
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or similar roles
  • Experience with full lifecycle software implementations
  • Customer-facing consulting experience with external clients
  • ERP implementation experience
  • knowledge of Medius, Dynamics 365, or Infor M3 is highly desirable
  • Experience working in multi-user, multi-client environments
  • Understanding of data integrity, security, and best practices
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including occasional non-standard hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
