Job Description

We require an ERP Consultant with expertise in the Retail industry to implement and support ERP solutions that improve retail operations, sales, POS, and inventory management.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze retail processes such as POS operations, promotions, stock management, pricing, and customer engagement
  • Configure ERP retail modules including POS, inventory, sales, CRM, and procurement
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and UAT
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
  • Train store-level and back-office teams on system usage
  • Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Retail operations, store management, or retail ERP implementations
  • Knowledge of POS systems, stock controls, promotions, and retail KPIs
  • ERP experience in NetSuite Retail, Odoo Retail, Shopify integrations, etc., is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
