Job Description

We are seeking an ERP Business Consultant with strong experience in the Manufacturing domain. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client manufacturing processes, gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, and supporting end-to-end implementation.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze client manufacturing workflows such as production planning, routing, BOM, WIP, capacity planning, and shop-floor operations
  • Configure ERP modules aligned to manufacturing best practices
  • Assist in solution design, documentation, testing, and UAT
  • Work closely with developers to provide functional specifications
  • Train end-users on manufacturing-related ERP features
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Manufacturing operations or Manufacturing ERP implementation
  • Strong functional understanding of BOM, Routing, MRP, Inventory, and QC processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience in ERP platforms (NetSuite/Odoo/SAP/Zoho or similar) is an added advantage
