Job Description

We are looking for an ERP Consultant with expertise in Finance and Accounting to support ERP implementations, financial process optimization, and customer consulting.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand and analyze client finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, cash management, and budgeting
  • Configure financial modules and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare functional documents, test cases, and support system testing
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration
  • Conduct training sessions for finance teams
  • Provide post-go-live support and handle system enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts or ERP Financial module consulting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliations
  • Experience in ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally ERP, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
