Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with a strong background in the energy sector to support a strategic transformation project involving the rollout of new IT applications and feeder processes. The initiative spans the full customer lifecycle—from initial request through meter installation to billing—and requires a consultant with integrative thinking and cross-functional expertise.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide organizational and strategic consulting to project managers (PL) and stream leads (SL)
  • Develop communication guidelines to support internal and external project messaging
  • Advice on project procedures, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals
  • Support and consult on reporting structures, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate and advise on policy frameworks and tool selection for project execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business consulting within the energy industry
  • Strong understanding of process chains in utility operations (customer → installation → billing)
  • Ability to navigate complex system landscapes and drive integrative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
