Job Description:

A 12-month structured placement programme at TUI within the Commercial function, aimed at university students who are in their penultimate year. Offers exposure to real responsibilities and projects within Trading and Planning & Product teams. Provides development opportunities, mentorship, a comprehensive support system, and fun social events. Salary starts at £24,600 per annum.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting a portfolio of destinations and making key commercial decisions that drive strategy, profitability, and success
  • Monitoring and reacting to demand in the competitive holiday market
  • Identifying the best way to sell products to maximize profits
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales trends
  • Developing pricing strategies
  • Ensuring holidays are priced correctly to hit target margins and maximize profit
  • Supporting the product team in driving the growth of holidays
  • Tracking and analyzing sales and margins
  • Reviewing and challenging web content

Requirements:

  • Must have permanent right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
