Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire: Manage and support a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals
  • Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards
  • Drive growth: Use your commercial awareness to support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance
  • Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives
  • Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery
  • Community engagement: Enhance the practice’s presence within the local community
  • Manage and improve the practice’s online reputation, Google Reviews, and social media presence
