We are now seeking a dynamic Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager to help lead the business and operational performance of our practices and support our continued development as a leading dental provider within the local community. Our modern practices offer a full spectrum of services, including aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and essential NHS services. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire: Manage and support a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals
  • Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards
  • Drive growth: Use your commercial awareness to support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance
  • Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives
  • Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery
  • Community engagement: Enhance the practice’s presence within the local community
  • Manage and improve the practice’s online reputation, Google Reviews, and social media presence

  • Review Hong Kong, Singapore, and UAE CUL Sales and Risk and Control teams various changes / initiatives to ensure the successful implementation and compliance of new regulatory/Citi policy requirements applicable to Cards and Loans
  • Lead or support as appropriate the root cause analysis of material risk events and control breaks across markets, work with country/regional functions and businesses to establish effective feedback loop to augment control management and share lessons learned with the country and region teams
  • Review and drive consistency of remediation efforts across countries
