Job Description:

Business Change Manager | SAP FSM Transformation. FinXL is partnering with a premier enterprise client to deliver a high-stakes, large-scale S/4HANA Transformation. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Change Manager to lead a critical stream of this program: the migration from Salesforce Field Services to SAP Field Service Management (FSM). This is a pivotal role for a specialist who understands the intersection of field operations, digital transformation, and process optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the transition to SAP FSM not only meets technical milestones but delivers genuine operational excellence and business value.

  • Process Re-engineering: Identify 'As-Is' pain points and design 'To-Be' workflows that leverage the full capabilities of the SAP FSM suite
  • S/4HANA Integration: Ensure field service processes are seamlessly integrated into the broader S/4HANA ecosystem (Finance, Logistics, and Asset Management)
  • Change & Improvement: Drive the adoption of new processes, ensuring field technicians and dispatch teams are empowered by the new technology
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage complex relationships across IT, Operations, and external vendors to drive consensus on process design

Requirements:

  • SAP FSM Expertise (Mandatory): Proven experience specifically within the SAP Field Service Management module
  • Transformation Experience: A track record of working on large-scale S/4HANA programs or complex CRM-to-ERP migrations
  • Field Service Knowledge: Deep understanding of field service operations (dispatching, mobile workforce management, and service logistics)
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, improved business processes
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and lead workshops in a hybrid environment
