Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all strategic change initiatives deliver expected outcomes and benefits
  • Increase adoption and usage of changes
  • Focus on the people aspects of change including business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisational structures
  • Drive more effective adoption and higher utilisation of and proficiency with changes that impact employees
  • Continually evolve and improve the business change toolkit, training, and other supporting infrastructure to improve how the council lands change
