Job Responsibility:
Ensure all strategic change initiatives deliver expected outcomes and benefits
Increase adoption and usage of changes
Focus on the people aspects of change including business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisational structures
Drive more effective adoption and higher utilisation of and proficiency with changes that impact employees
Continually evolve and improve the business change toolkit, training, and other supporting infrastructure to improve how the council lands change
Requirements:
Experience as a Business Change Manager
Experience working with senior leaders
Strategic thinking and creativity
Curious about change
Organised
Able to use own initiative
Energy to create action
Comfortable sharing views and encouraging others
Inquisitive nature
Ability to adapt and embrace the new
Proactive approach with deadlines in mind
Right to work that enables commitment to at least 6 months employment
Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English
