Job Responsibility

  • Design and execute tailored change management strategies for complex transformation programmes
  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations
  • Develop and deliver change interventions including communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement
  • Integrate change management into agile delivery frameworks, aligning with sprints, releases, and MVPs
  • Facilitate workshops and change events to co-create solutions and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change activities into backlog planning and delivery cycles
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and mitigation strategies using performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s governance standards and agile principles
  • Identify and manage change risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies
  • Partner with HR and Communications to assess organisational impacts and deliver consistent messaging

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes using waterfall, agile, and lean methodologies
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and IT
  • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lean principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-level
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI)
  • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, AgilePM) preferred
  • Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Postgraduate qualification in Management or Business is desirable

  • Build the change impact assessment across all impacted user groups, sites and waves, and translate findings into a phased change management, communication and engagement plan
