Job Responsibility:
Design and execute tailored change management strategies for complex transformation programmes
Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations
Develop and deliver change interventions including communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement
Integrate change management into agile delivery frameworks, aligning with sprints, releases, and MVPs
Facilitate workshops and change events to co-create solutions and drive adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change activities into backlog planning and delivery cycles
Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and mitigation strategies using performance metrics
Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s governance standards and agile principles
Identify and manage change risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies
Partner with HR and Communications to assess organisational impacts and deliver consistent messaging
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes using waterfall, agile, and lean methodologies
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and IT
Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lean principles
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-level
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI)
