Job Description

As a Business Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Change Manager to deliver successful change initiatives that improve employee adoption, enhance service delivery, and realise organisational benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes
  • Developing and maintaining a library of change management tools, templates, and case studies
  • Creating engaging communications and content to support change initiatives
  • Organising and administering events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Supporting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management

  • To provide assistance to company shops and to work with them to ensure there are no weaknesses in their internal controls
  • To work with inexperienced shop managers to ensure that there are no issues with the performance of their shops
  • To work with Franchised stores and assist them in the preparation of weekly stock takes or with other requests
  • To help new and inexperienced staff members of the stocks team
  • To report on SuperSubs and Deliveries for company shops on a weekly basis
  • To carry out other ad hoc duties and to work on projects which are for the benefit of the business
