As a Business Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Change Manager to deliver successful change initiatives that improve employee adoption, enhance service delivery, and realise organisational benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the planning and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes
Developing and maintaining a library of change management tools, templates, and case studies
Creating engaging communications and content to support change initiatives
Organising and administering events, workshops, and training sessions
Supporting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
Monitoring success metrics and contributing to performance reporting
