Job Description:

Creating incredible automotive customer experiences by unifying people, technology and marketing. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Centre Executive to support our Hyundai Team. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and managing customer agreements, renewals, and documentation
  • Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third-party providers
  • Responding to client enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Experience in client services, administration or customer support
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to have:

Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
