Responsible for working with Event Manager to ensure all details of Conference, Wedding or Catering functions are carried out perfectly and communicate any last minute details to hotel operational departments. Be the main point of contact for clients with groups of all sizes when they are on property.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Event Manager to ensure all details of Conference, Wedding or Catering functions are carried out perfectly
Communicate last minute details to hotel operational departments
Meet group coordinator client contact prior to functions
Be the main point of contact for clients with groups
Troubleshoot and resolve guest problems
Process all payment types
Balance and drop receipts
Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
Assist guests with business center needs
Instruct guests on how to access internet
Package, label, and ship items for guests
Coordinate delivery of packages, mail, faxes
Requirements:
Able to multi task
Computer skills including Excel and Word
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Eye for detail
Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs
Able to accept a very flexible schedule to include most weekends and Holidays
