Business Center Attendant position at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa assisting guests with business center needs including copying, faxing, typing, billing services, internet access instruction, packaging/shipping items, and coordinating deliveries while providing excellent customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist guests with business center needs (making copies, sending faxes, typing)
Bill services and process payments
Open and close the business center
Instruct guests on internet access
Package, label, and ship items for guests
Coordinate delivery of packages, mail, faxes to proper locations
Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications
Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
Order general office supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Requirements:
No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
