As a Business Banking Economic Crime Governance and Reporting Associate, you will support the bank’s decision-making processes by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality management reports, dashboards, and visualisations that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights across multiple business areas. You will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into meaningful outputs, improving reporting efficiency through automation, and ensuring stakeholders have access to the right information at the right time.
Job Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality management reports, dashboards, and visualisations that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights across multiple business areas

Requirements
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions
Advanced analytical skills, including data cleansing, validation, and attention to detail to ensure data integrity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and deliver results to deadlines while driving continuous improvement
Nice to have
Experience within financial services or banking environments including an understanding of Business Banking
Understanding of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and money laundering red flags
Experience implementing change, transformation and optimisation, including consideration of colleague impact and garnering stakeholder support
Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
