We are seeking a results-driven Business Automation Executive to lead the growth and adoption of Quadient solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations modernize their customer communications, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Quadient business automation solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders)
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectives
Partner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close
Stay current on industry trends, and Quadient product offerings
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems
Requirements:
5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accounts
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
