Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the state bar
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business law, preferably within a law firm setting
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, or securities offerings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment
