This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive organisation as their Business Assurance Manager, taking full ownership of the internal audit function. You’ll provide independent, objective assurance on governance, internal control, and risk management while playing a key role in promoting excellent corporate governance. Working closely with the Leadership Team and reporting to the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive audit services and maintaining robust challenge at all organisational levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Conduct internal audit reviews and manage relationships with co-sourced provider
  • Deliver evidence-based annual opinions on governance and control effectiveness
  • Risk & Compliance: Review and report on internal controls and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness, efficiency, and value for money
  • Monitor audit recommendation implementation with regular stakeholder reporting
