Job Responsibility

Manages Quality Assurance in day-to-day operations for his or her job duties
Coordinate all plan reviews and field inspections with consultants including Accessibility, Third Party Architectural, Waterproof, Tyvek (or other WRB) Environment/AQI and Acoustical
Initiate, execute, implement and track plan and site inspections for all Division projects
Maintains contact with Superintendents, Project Managers, and QA Specialists on schedule changes and turn dates for up to four projects simultaneously
Responsible for monthly QA documentation project inspection walks with published report
Responsible for acceptance of new residential construction buildings and property from Construction division and coordinating/aligning with Asset Management. Manages third party quality inspections, if used
Coordinate all plan reviews and help monitoring field inspections with consultants including FHA/ANSI-ADA Accessibility, Third Party Architectural, Fa, Waterproof, Environment/AQI and Acoustical, etc
Oversee all details within the boundaries of the new property and ensure quality standards set forth by the Division’s Senior Managing Director and Construction President are maintained for all TCR properties
Coordinate with 3rd party Property Manager and Construction Superintendent or Project Manager to ensure all warranty and construction quality deficiency issues are addressed
Work closely with third party safety consultant to make observations and recommendations on safety for all persons and matters related to the property and TCR Construction projects

Demonstratable quality control / quality assurance experience, including 3-5 years in banking, credit risk management, internal audit, loan review or quality assurance review function at an investment or large commercial bank
potential to understand complex counterparty credit product structures, and ideally versed in derivatives and structured investment products
good grasp of counterparty credit risk covered process, to evaluate findings within the Quality Assurance process, determine materiality, and partnering with in-line makers and checkers for ongoing improvement, problem detection, and sustainable remediation

Job Responsibility

Support the Head of Sales & Trading In-Business Quality Assurance to set the global strategy for and lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of a robust Quality Assurance function in accordance with the coverage universe
assist in providing effective credible challenge during QARs to Business Region Heads and Portfolio Managers, as regards to memo and process quality to ensure that weaknesses in such processes are identified and escalated as appropriate
ensure wholesale credit risks within Citi are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, consistent with the bank’s risk appetite and all policies and processes established within the risk governance framework
execute consistent and objective assessments during QARs
conduct follow-up on corrective actions raised during QARs
implement sustainability testing of corrective actions resulting from issues identified by Internal Audit or Regulators
synthesize and prepare quarterly Quality Assurance Scorecard Reports to ICG business management
interact with Analysts and Team Leads to ensure quality assurance protocols are adequate for all portfolios
assist WCR IBQA function in establishing policies, procedures, risk assessment and controls to drive effective QA coverage and standards
stay abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news
