Job Responsibility:

  • Providing initial responses to safeguarding concerns with support of Designated Safeguarding lead
  • Supporting operational teams with guidance on statutory compliance processes
  • Managing queries regarding policies and procedures across Business Assurance
  • Allocating tickets created and managing an email inbox for the Business Assurance and Compliance teams
  • Documentation control across policies, procedures and handbooks
