We need a "right hand" — a person who will become a strategic partner to the Founder, help structure the chaos of rapid scaling, and ensure the execution of the company's key goals. Job Responsibility:
Strategic Execution: Translating the Founder's vision into concrete action plans and monitoring their execution
Cross-functional Coordination: Synchronizing marketing, product, and operations teams to achieve our growth targets
Special Projects: Leading high-stakes projects (e.g., launching new verticals)
Process Optimization: Building a lean but effective structure that allows a fast-growing company to scale without losing decision-making speed
Data-driven Support: Analyzing key business metrics and preparing insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Proactivity & Ownership: You don't wait for instructions
you identify bottlenecks and propose solutions yourself
Analytical Mindset: Ability to work quickly with numbers, understand unit economics, and the logic of performance marketing
High-speed Mindset: Experience working in environments where conditions change weekly and speed is the primary competitive advantage
Communication Mastery: Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and find common ground with diverse teams
Experience: A background in management consulting, investment banking, or operational roles in high-growth startups is a significant advantage
English Proficiency: B2+ or higher (C1 preferred) for seamless communication with international partners and customers in the USA and Europe
Business Literacy: Strong understanding of P&L, marketing funnels (Meta/Google/TikTok), and core SaaS/D2C metrics
