Partner with core-Business Groups and Support functions (e.g. Premises, IT, Gen Admin, HR, Compliance) on outlining Site wide business strategy and execution around resource and location strategy, talent lifecycle management, employee engagement, community engagement, innovation promotion, risk and controls oversight, infrastructure management, and corporate communications oversight.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with core-Business Groups and Support functions on outlining Site wide business strategy and execution
Resource and Location Strategy: partner with senior business unit managers to assess functional growth requirements
Talent Lifecycle Management: partner with HR to promote internal mobility, smooth onboarding, drive campus strategy, foster diversity, equity and inclusion
Employee Engagement: execute action plan on opportunities from Voice of Employee feedback survey
Community Engagement: optimize Community Engagement investment, develop relationships with local universities
Promote Innovation: create culture of employee-driven innovation
Risk and Controls Oversight: provide oversight to Risk & Controls framework at the site
Infrastructure Demand / Supply Management: partner with cross-functional groups to track IT and non-IT infrastructure elements
Corporate Communications Oversight: provide location oversight to Site Communications lead
Requirements:
8-12 years of proven track record of successful business strategy development and execution
Ability to visualize, develop and communicate key management decisions and messages to senior stakeholders locally and across the region
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to be agile while delivering as per the set objectives
Good understanding of operations risk management, information security controls and corporate governance
Understanding of corporate expense management process – including GL analysis, budgeting, forecasting and risk & opportunity identification
Good understanding of relevant industry trends around business transformation, human capital evolution, emerging threats landscape, key challenges and themes
Strong business modeling and analysis skills using MS Excel / Power BI
Strong project management skills – PMP / PSM / SAFe agile certifications will be an added advantage
