Job Responsibility:

Communication Management: Conduct business communication in Russian, Italian, English
Executive Support: Assist the executive in negotiations, calls, and documentation
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, travel, and schedules efficiently
Task Management: Ensure the completion of assignments from start to finish
Project Support: Assist in project management, correspondence, and tackle non-standard tasks
Representation: Represent the owner's interests when necessary

Requirements:

3-7 years of relevant experience in a business assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Italian, with knowledge of Russian
English is an advantage
Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated initiative and loyalty, with a results-oriented mindset
Willingness to take on responsibility and act proactively
