Job Responsibility

  • Communication Management: Conduct business communication in Russian, Italian, English
  • Executive Support: Assist the executive in negotiations, calls, and documentation
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, travel, and schedules efficiently
  • Task Management: Ensure the completion of assignments from start to finish
  • Project Support: Assist in project management, correspondence, and tackle non-standard tasks
  • Representation: Represent the owner's interests when necessary

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in a business assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Italian, with knowledge of Russian
  • English is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated initiative and loyalty, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and act proactively
